Regulating Internet Trading

In China,E-business is increasing every year.It has become an important part of the national economy.How to adapt and promote the online business were a big problem which we need to solve it urgently.This paper is used Online meal ordering as the breakthrough point,untangled Online meal ordering is supervising every subject from co-regulation,researched the Online meal orderings'situation and classic case,found that Online transaction regulation is evolved gradually from minority subject's spontaneous cooperation to universal subject's institutional Cooperation then to more subject's co-regulation.While there are still many problems in Online transaction regulation,such as the lag of law system building,the lag of industry credit system,the responsibility of the platform is not fully implemented,the system of co-regulation is not perfect,the lag of the government regulation building.It is suggested to strengthen the protection of legislative system,to strengthen industry self-discipline construction,improving multi-agent collaboration mechanism,to improve smart supervision level and to increase the law enforcement office quality to find the best way of regulation.
