Asset Backed Securitization Service Platform Based On Blockchain Building Research

According to relevant statistics,in recent years,with the support of relevant policies,asset securitization business in China has shown a rapid development trend,and the issuance of asset securitized bonds shows a good trend of increasing year by year,the total stock of asset securitized bonds continues to expand.There are three main factors for the rapid development of asset securitization business: firstly,more diversified sources of basic assets as support;secondly,financial innovative design of asset securitization business is constantly emerging;thirdly,the supervision and management system is gradually improving.At the same time of rapid development,there are still many problems in the asset securitization industry in China.The two most important problems are the low transparency of basic assets and the inadequate disclosure of information during bond life.In recent years,block chains have gradually attracted the attention of financial institutions because of their characteristics of "decentralization,de-trust,and difficult to tamper with",and domestic and foreign financial institutions have tried to explore and research the combination of block chains and specific application scenarios.The combination of block chain and asset securitization provides a way to solve the problems of low transparency of basic assets and insufficient disclosure of information during the existence of securities and bonds.The asset securitization service platform based on block chain is essentially a service platform designed with block chain as the basic technical framework.In this service platform,all participants join the block chain through peer-to-peer network transmission technology in the form of nodes,thus forming a decentralized and de-trusted structure.Based on the theory of system engineering,software engineering and other disciplines,the main research content of this paper is to build asset securitization service platform based on block chain,and build a three-tier asset securitization service platform.This paper elaborates on the concepts of asset securitization,block chain,transparency of basic assets,asset securitization service platform and so on.Firstly,combined with the current difficulties encountered in the development of asset securitization business,the demand analysis of asset securitization service platform is carried out.Secondly,the article analyses the needs of participants in asset securitization business in detail,puts forward the necessity of building asset securitization service platform,and summarizes the advantages of asset securitization service platform.Finally,the construction process of asset securitization service platform is discussed in detail.
