Case Study On Fund Management From The Perspective Of SH Group Supply Chain

Working capital,as an important means of internal financing,has always been focused by academia and practitioners.With the continuous advancement of research,the research perspective of working capital management has gradually changed from the initial factor-based perspective to a channel-based perspective,gradually combined with the idea of supply chain.By subdividing working capital downward into three links: procurement,production and sales,the related research highlights the linkage relationship between indicators,and takes the industrial layout and upstream and downstream enterprises into account,emphasizing integrity of enterprises.Although many scholars have not put forward the related concept of "financial integration",it has been reflected in the study of supply chain fund management widely.Based on the reference of relevant documentation from both domestic and abroad,this dissertation summarizes the relevant concepts,characteristics,contents and methods of fund management from the perspective of supply chain.Next,taking the SH Group with three supply chains as the case,the dissertation have evaluated the status of the supply chain fund management of SH Group and introduced the effect in detail.Then,combined with the results of field research,This dissertation finds out the problems existing in the fund management from the perspective of SH Group's supply chain.Finally,combined with relevant practice,puts forward corresponding management opinions and solutions for SH Group,such as bringing process implementation into performance appraisal,carrying out upstream and downstream integrated financing,standardizing supply chain borrowing process,and so on.SH Group,as a large state-owned group company,has the characteristics of large-scale capital of funds and a large number of business lines,which can represent the capital management of innumerable enterprises to a great extent.The study is quite meaning-ful.It is not only conducive to the actual operation of enterprises in the same Indus-try for reference,but also enable business operators to understand the importance and necessity of capital management from the perspective of supply chain more clearly.
