M&A is one of the important ways for the Development of Enterprises.The merger and acquisition of enterprises in China began in the early stage of reform and opening up.Compared with the Western countries,the wave of mergers and acquisitions in China began relatively late.However,The development of China's economy and the support of relevant national policies have brought about the development of mergers and acquisitions.The M&A events in China are increasing year by year,so the research on the financial risk of M&A is deepening day by day.Controlling and reducing financial risk as far as possible has become the subject of research on financial risk.The theme of this paper is to study the financial risk and its prevention in the case of Suning's merger and acquisition of TTK express.On the basis of relevant theories,this paper analyzes Suning's merger and acquisition of TTK express in detail.lt includes valuation risk,financing and payment risk and financial integration risk.The causes of the risk are analyzed,and the corresponding risk prevention suggestions are put forward later in this paper.The merger and acquisition of TTK express by Suning is a new event and is certain representative because of the influence of the merger and acquisition of TTK express in China.Therefore,the analysis of this case can enrich the financial risk of M&A and its prevention research.
