Study On The Implementation Path Of The Rural Revitalization Strategy In Jingchuan County

The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)put forward the strategy of revitalizing rural areas,stressing that the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental issues that concern the national economy and people's livelihood.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the concentrated embodiment of the content of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,and is the general principle,requirements and starting point of the current and future work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers.We must resolutely and fully implement the strategy and accelerate the promotion of rural revitalization and development.Based on the overall revitalization construction and long-term planning and arrangement,the no.1 document of the central committee in 2018 sets up the "four beams and eight pillars" of the rural revitalization strategy,which is the top-level design for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The strategic plan for rural revitalization(2018-2022)is the first five-year plan of the country to implement the strategy for rural revitalization.According to several opinions on the implementation of rural revitalization strategy by Gansu provincial people's government of Gansu provincial committee of the communist party of China and the spirit of promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in Gansu province Jingchuan county urgently needs to implement the rural revitalization strategy to promote the overall rural revitalization and development.This paper is divided into four parts to discuss how Jingchuan county to implement the rural revitalization strategy.The first part from the background,the overall requirements and the significance of the three aspects of the rural revitalization strategy of the theoretical connotation of the elaboration of the policy system and the implementation of the necessity of clear;The second part combined Jingchuan county social environment situation and the rural construction development course,emphatically elaborated Jingchuan county rural construction achievement and the development present situation since the 18 th CPC national congress;The third part studies the restrictive factors such as various problems and difficulties faced by Jingchuan county in implementing the rural revitalization strategy and analyzes the reasons that restrict the comprehensive rural revitalization and development of Jingchuan county.The fourth part based on the above research is pointed out that Jingchuan,the method of implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country path to "five revitalization" for the general idea,insist on national policy issues,follow the principle of adjust measures to local conditions,to be powered by advantage and supplement the board as the foundation,implementation in advance and innovation change rural comprehensive revitalization of the countermeasures and Suggestions.
