Research On The "Diamond Economic Circle" And China's Inland Economic Growth Pole

During the two sessions of the National People's Congress in March 2015,NPC deputies proposed to build chengdu,chongqing,xi 'an and kunming into an economic circle.From the map,connecting the four cities looks like a diamond,so it is called "diamond economic circle".Later,guiyang was also included in the discussion of "diamond economic circle".If the idea of a "diamond economic circle" is realised,the Yangtze river economic belt and the "One Belt And One Road" could be linked up and turned into poles of growth in China's interior.Historically,"diamond economic circle" conforms to the trend of the evolution of China's regional development strategy and is conducive to promoting the coordinated development of China's regional economy.From the point of view of reality,"diamond economic circle" is the realistic need of realizing high-quality development in western China.At the same time,China's three major coastal economic growth poles also provide a good reference for the development of "diamond economic circle".The Yangtze river delta,the pearl river delta and the beijing-tianjin-hebei region are the three most beautiful "economic CARDS" in China.Undoubtedly,these three economic circles are the three most important poles of economic growth in China and play a vital role in driving the economic development of the coastal areas and even the whole country.But what cannot ignore is,the development unbalance of our country coastal and inland,east and west area is aggravating further however.According to the theory of growth pole,because of the polarization effect and diffusion effect of growth pole,creating new growth pole can realize the balanced development of developed area and backward area.The proposal of "diamond economic circle" is by no means empty talk,but has its realistic feasibility.First of all,chengdu-chongqing urban agglomeration has laid a good foundation for "diamond economic circle".Secondly,"diamond economic circle" itself also has a strong comprehensive competitiveness.Finally,there is a strong willingness among the governments of the cities to cooperate.In particular,the implementation of the "One Belt And One Road" strategy and the Yangtze river economic belt strategy has provided a good policy guarantee for the in-depth development of China's economy,and the central and western regions of China have also ushered in rare opportunities for development."Diamond economic circle" of building development is by no means limited to only five core cities,and is conducted in five core cities through accurate orientation,give full play to the five cities of radiation effect,comprehensively promote the development of the whole economic circle,and then let the "diamond economic circle" as a new economic growth pole in China inland,reshape the landscape of China's economic growth.
