Research On Financing Risk Control Of New Retail Enterprises

Recently,with the rapid development of the new retail industry,the new retail model not only makes the enterprises develop rapidly and expand,but also brings certain risks to the enterprises because of the high debt and light assets model,which aggravates the difficulty of the new retail enterprises in obtaining financing for financing management.At the same time,because the new retail industry has the characteristics of rapid growth,large investment and market impact,compared with other types of enterprises,new retail enterprises have higher financing risk in the process of operation.Therefore,how to measure the financing risk of new retail enterprises and take reasonable and effective measures to prevent the financing risk is particularly important.Previous research mainly combs and systematically summarizes the new retail model and financial risk.In the process of sorting out,it is found that the research on the financing risk of new retail industry is very insufficient,and it is necessary to study the financing risk of new retail industry to help enterprises reduce the financing risk.In the course of the research,the paper uses literature research,case analysis and efficiency coefficient method successively,takes Yonghui Supermarket as an example to study and analyze the financing mode of the new retail industry,and then analyses the financing risk of the new retail industry according to different financing modes.Finally,it aims at the financing of the new retail industry in three aspects:equity financing,debt financing and supply chain financing.In order to better prevent and control the financing risk of new retail enterprises,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
