Exploring The Key Antecedents Of Task Completion On Crowdfunding Platforms:A Task-Technology Fit Perspective

With the penetration of diversified crowdfunding models and changes in personal employment trends,the crowdfunding industry has experienced explosive growth in recent years.Crowdfunding not only brings benefits to freelancers,but also helps companies reduce operating costs and improve solution innovation.However,there is a significant long tail effect in the crowdfiunding platform.The proportion of truly active users is very small.How to improve the enthusiasm of inactive users and give users guidance on the winning bids has become a key breakthrough point for the future development of crowdfunding activities.Therefore,what factors have affected the evaluation strategies of participants and employers in crowdfunding activities,thus affecting the performance of the works?This article takes the Task CN as an example to study the above issues.Based on the mission China platform,the employer temporarily deposits the task on the platform in the form of full payment,and publishes relevant tasks,setting key information such as task amount,task cycle,and task description.The user can choose whether to follow and participate in the platform and can choose whether to submit the work after participating.Finally,the employer evaluates the final winning work after the stage of collecting the works.The empirical results show that:(1)the technical characteristics of the work effort,the average amount of winning the bid,the total number of winning the bid before a significant positive impact on the work winning the bid;Among the task characteristics,the attention paid to the task,the difficulty of the task,the detailed description of the task,and the amount of the task affect the winning bid of the work.(2)task and personal adaptation,task and technical adaptation play a significant role in the research model.
