Aircraft maintenance enterprises have strong sensibility for delivery punctuality of project orders,but insufficient talent supply in aircraft industry and problems in project management are easy to result in project postpone.In this thesis,H company is used as an example to study the multi-project planning and control for B777 overhauling,so as to provide the feasible scheme for H company to solve problems of aircraft maintenance and provide reference for solving such problems in the aircraft maintenance industry.This thesis is targeted at studying existing resource constraint problems in multi-project planning of H company,trying to solve the problem of aircraft maintenance project postpone when a single resource load only can meet 70%of peak demands in the project.Priority of multi-project planning and the control measures of efficient resource utilization are also the main research contents of this thesis.The multi-project resource load of H company is evaluated.The Work Breakdown Structure of project planning is used to solve the work logic sequencing of each project,expected time limit and resource utilization.Also,critical path method and program evaluation and review technique are used to calculate the priority parameter of each project.Also,penalty function in date of delivery is applied to calculate the priority sequence of different projects under the same project group.Besides,Microsoft Project is used to do unified resource allocation and optimization resources for these projects,assisted by manual adjustment.At last,efficiency of resource utilization is improved.The anticipated schedule control,synchronous schedule control and feedback schedule control are utilized to supervise and safeguard high-efficient operation of information stream,logistics,and personal stream in the implementation stage.Through planning optimization and control,schedule of each project can reach 95%in advance or according to probability of completion in the contract time limit,so as to solve the postpone problem of aircraft maintenance project in H company better.
