| More and more manufacturing or retail companies outsource some logistics activities to specialized logistics companies(such as the S logistics company studied in this paper)to be able to focus more on their core business,reduce business operating costs and improve competitiveness.Third-party logistics has also become a "third profit source."With the complexity and specialization of logistics service requirements,only a single logistics enterprise can't achieve all the logistics needs of customers,coupled with the shortage of logistics resources,market competition is intensifying,many third-party logistics companies began to seek sub-contractors to implement part of business outsourcing to improve its own market share and corporate competitiveness.In this context,with the upstream customer logistics demand as the starting point,the integrated third-party logistics enterprise as the core,and the downstream subcontractor as the terminal customer logistics service provider's logistics service supply chain gradually developed.As a member of the logistics service supply chain that directly contacts the end customer and provides logistics services,the subcontractor's choice of whether it is suitable or not,not only affecting the service quality and reputation of third-party logistics companies,but also seriously affecting the efficiency and effects of the entire logistics service supply chain.As a professional integrated third-party logistics service provider for the automotive industry and end-consumer products,S Company is currently facing the problem of how to correctly select subcontractors.This thesis is based on the problems of S logistics company in the selection of subcontractors(including unreasonable process,imperfect criteria system and unscientific selection method),established scientific and reasonable subcontractor evaluation criteria system for S company through the questionnaire survey and interviews of enterprise personnel,and established the comprehensive weight of the indicators by combining AHP and entropy weight method.In addition,through the comparison of the selection evaluation methods,a comprehensive evaluation method based on TOPSIS and Grey Relation Analysis integration is established.Finally,the selection model is applied to the existing subcontractor candidates and finally the best subcontractor is selected.And the thesis also verifies the effectiveness and stability of the subcontractor selection model through sensitivity analysis under the weight change. |
