In this paper, some classical ecological predator-prey models are used to discuss the dynamic behavior of inventory products between upstream and downstream enterprises in industrial clusters.Sufficient conditions for the dynamic equilibrium of the system have been obtained under the intervention or non-intervention of government behavior by applying limit cycle theory, stability theory, fixed point theory and numerical simulation methods. In the second chapter, considering the fact that downstream enterprises can not have unlimited demand for upstream enterprises’ inventory products, the Holling II functional response function is introduced into the classical Logistic model. The dynamic behaviors of static niche and dynamic niche are studied between upstream and downstream enterprises in industrial clusters, some sufficient conditions for maintaining the balance of upstream and downstream enterprises’ inventory level are obtained and the reasonable suggestions are also put forward to for the decision-making of the enterprises. In Chapter 3,a kind of dynamic model with policy intervention by the government for downstream and downstream enterprises at the same time is considered, and the sustainability is obtained using the qualitative and quantitative analysis.Further more, the conditions guaranteeing the limited growth and sustainable development of products between upstream and downstream enterprises are studied, the complex dynamics for the stock products between upstream and downstream enterprises is also considered when the condition of the sustainability threshold is destroyed. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for different situations are given at last.On the basis of Chapter 3,in Chapter 4,we further propose a generalized predator-prey dynamic model with Holling II functional response function under the policy intervention by the government for upstream and downstream enterprises at different times.by increasing or reducing the enterprises’ inventories, using the similar methods,we obtain the condition for persistence and non-persistence of the upstream and downstream enterprises.Conditions for the complex dynamic behaviors of products between upstream and downstream enterprises are also discussed when the system lose its stability, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given at last for decision-making in different situations. In the last part of this paper,we consider a more realistic model with government policy intervention, that is,when the inventory products of upstream and downstream enterprises in industrial clusters reach a certain quantity, the intervention actions will be implemented according to the actual situation, which corresponds to a kind of impulsive differential equation with feedback control in the ecological model.By studying the successor function of the system, applying the fixed point theory and some other analysis techniques, the dynamic behaviors of downstream enterprise with and without policy intervention are researched. Moreover, the complex dynamic behaviors of the products between the upstream and downstream enterprise are considered when the stability threshold is destroyed. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for decision-making are also given for different situations.
