At present,situation and pattern of the world economy is undergoing profound change,,our country s economy has also shifted from astage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.With the development and breakthrough of some emerging technologies,such as automation,information technology,artificial intelligence,traditional manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities,the call to push forward the innovation-driven development strategy keeps coming,and this strategy has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.The strategic transformation practice of manufacturing enterprises has been the trend of the times.AH company is currently undergoing rapid changes in the internal and external environment,and its resources and capabilities are significantly different from those before the listing.In order to cope with the new competitive situation and seize market opportunities to achieve sustainable growth of business performance,AH company after listing is necessary to carry out strategic transformation and upgrading.Based on competitive strategy theory,enterprise life cycle theory and enterprise dynamic capability theory,this paper analyzes the external and internal environment of AH company with the help of PEST analysis,Porter's five forces model and other strategic analysis tools,and it concludes the market opportunities and challenges faced by AH company.At the same time,the influence factors and transformation capabilities of AH company's strategic transformation are studied,the necessity and feasibility of its strategic transformation are analyzed,and its strategic transformation path selection after listing is analyzed through using SWOT and BCG matrix analysis,that is,industrial diversification and technology and service differentiation strategy are adopted to promote sustainable and rapid development of the company.Then,it introduces the specific transformation measures at the company level,business level and functional level,guarantees measures and initial results of the company,and finally puts forward the deficiencies and corresponding improvement suggestions.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide positive guidance for the strategic transformation of AH company,and also provide beneficial reference for the strategic transformation of similar small and medium-sized enterprises.
