With the development of society,more and more people want to be small white-collar workers who sit in the office with blowing air-conditioning,so that our country has formed a situation that the supply of front-line operators exceeds the demand.The 21 st century is the knowledge economy and talent sovereignty.The mobility of talents has led to the severity of the turnover of front-line operators.This will undoubtedly have a negative impact on enterprises.the high turnover rate of front-line operators will reduce the productivity of enterprises;On the other hand,it will reduce the enthusiasm of employees.In order to solve all kinds of problems which faced by Suqian employing units in the salary of front-line operators.This paper,based on Suqian employing units,studies the problems existing in the salary of front-line operators in Suqian,explores the current situation of the salary of front-line operators in Suqian through survey data,and proposes to solve the salary of front-line operators from multiple perspectives.This paper puts forward some ideas and Countermeasures to solve the salary problem of front-line operators from various angles.In this paper,the salary of front-line operators in Suqian City is taken as the research object,and the basic elements of the design of survey questions are obtained by in-depth interviews.Then a questionnaire about the salary of front-line operators in Suqian City is designed.Through issuing questionnaires,collecting and screening questionnaires and analyzing questionnaires data,this paper draws the problems existing in the salary system of front-line operators in Suqian City.Finally,according to the causes of the problems and on the basis of drawing lessons from international experience,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the salary problem of front-line operators in Suqian City.The countermeasures provided in this paper are as follows:(1)to protect the multiple demands of front-line operators;(2)to establish and improve the salary adjustment mechanism;(3)to closely integrate salary management and performance management;(4)to design an active and effective employee welfare system;(5)to increase the transparency of the salary system.
