According to the China Merchants Research Institute,the number of graduates in the past seven years has exceeded 57 million.The fresh graduates are the core competitiveness of enterprises in the future.Enterprises pay high fees every year to recruit fresh graduates as reserve talents,but the annual turnover rate of fresh graduates is very high.According to research statistics,the turnover rate of fresh graduates in the first year of employment is about 25%,and one of the main factors of their departure is the lack of work happiness.New employees born after 1995 pay more attention to the experience of happiness in work.Work happiness can stimulate employees' internal motivation and improve their work enthusiasm;while unhappiness of new employees can lead to problems such as disloyal organizational commitment,low job performance,and high turnover.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact mechanism of new employees' work happiness in the Chinese context.Starting from the organizational socialization dimension,this paper takes college students(2016 college graduates)within 1 year of graduation as the research object,and uses empirical analysis methods to study the influence of organizational socialization strategies on the work happiness of new employees,and introduces work competency and interpersonal relationship in organizational socialization results as mediator variables to expand research.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The dimensions of organizational socialization strategy have a significant positive impact on work happiness of new employees;(2)Job competence is the intermediary between organizational socialization strategy and work happiness.(3)Socialization of interpersonal relationships plays a mediating role between organizational socialization strategies and work happiness.The conclusions of this paper provide a theoretical reference for the practice of human resource management in enterprises,and enrich the empirical research on organizational socialization strategies and work happiness of new employees.The research innovation points and significance of this paper are as follows:(1)this paper takes organizational socialization strategy as independent variable,and takes job competence and interpersonal relationship as intermediary variable to study the influence of independent variable on new employees' job happiness.The research of organizational socialization strategy and work happiness is detailed.(2)it is proposed to study the influence of organizational socialization strategy on work happiness from the perspective of organizational socialization strategy,and to introduce job competence and interpersonal relationship as intermediary variables.This study makes up for the blank of organizational socialization strategy on new employees' work happiness theory and empirical research.(3)two mediating variables were added to construct the theoretical model of organizational socialization strategy on new employees' work happiness,and the positive relationship between organizational socialization strategy and work happiness was established,providing a theoretical reference for enterprise human resource management practice.
