A Research On The Competitiveness Of Beijing's Financial Services Outsourcing Industry

At present,the supply-side structural reform of the financial industry is being constantly deepened,opening-up of the financial industry is in the boost and the integration of finance and technology continues to quicken.Financial service outsourcing is an important field of service outsourcing,also an important means to promote the transformation and upgrading of financial institutions,reduce costs and improve standard of service and core competence.The tertiary industry is the leading economic development in Beijing while Beijing is the exemplary city of service outsourcing,financial supervision center and innovation center in China.Studying the competitiveness of financial service outsourcing industry in Beijing is of guiding significance to understand the development situation of financial service outsourcing and formulate development strategies in Beijing.On the basis of synthesizing the previous research results in the financial service outsourcing,through analyzing the development status and characteristics of financial service outsourcing in Beijing,this paper holds that the financial service outsourcing industry in Beijing exists some problems,such as low marketization level of financial background services,low outward degree,the incomplete supervision system and statistical system of financial service outsourcing,and insufficient supply of high-end talents engaged in financial service outsourcing,etc.Aimed at above problems,the author carries out comprehensive evaluation on the 31 exemplary cities of service outsourcing by using the SWOT analytical model according to the third party company commissioned by the Ministry of Commerce,and takes analysis for the industrial competitiveness of financial service outsourcing in Beijing from four aspects of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.It is believed that the financial service outsourcing industry in Beijing takes advantages in comprehensive innovation ability,level of public service and talent reserve of higher education.It explains that Beijing has resource endowments in the aspects of technological resources,service exhibition resources,and human resources,etc.Beijing takes disadvantages in the aspects of financial service outsourcing's industrial development,measures guarantee of policy,implementation of policy and it explains that Beijing gets short boards in the aspects of policy implementation,business environment improvement,etc.,which have hampered the development of financial service outsourcing industry in Beijing.In the external environment,our country is promoting high-quality financial development,supply-side structural reforms and technological change of global finance,which provide opportunities for the development of financial service outsourcing industry in Beijing.The decline in the attractiveness for talents and contracting enterprises,the international competition brought by the opening of the financial industry and the enhanced supervision of foreign governments brought by the trend of anti-globalization,all of them are the external threat to the development of financial service outsourcing in Beijing.This paper holds that Beijing should speed up the integration of information technology and finance,explore financial innovation,effectively implement the promotion policy of service outsourcing,establish Beijing Financial Service Outsourcing Association,establish the training system of financial service outsourcing and cultivate professionals for financial outsourcing.
