With the reform of economic system and the development of market economy,the scale of China's securities market has been expanding,and various systems have gradually improved and completed,which has become an important part of the national economic system.In this context,the internal competition of China's securities industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and therefore securities companies need to find a certain competitive advantage to gain a foothold in the market.As securities industry is a talent-intensive industry,the company's human resource cost is increasing with the continuous expansion on business.For instance,the human resource cost of most securities companiesaccounts for almost 50%-60%of the total cost of enterprises,or even more.the human resource cost management in securities enterprise is therefore directly related to the company's profits,even survival and development of enterprise.In conclusion,it is an significant topic to find a way to control the human resource cost in securities enterprises and improve the efficiency of the company at the same time.This paper takes the human resource cost of H Securities Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and it combines the research results of human resource cost management control at home and abroad,which uses a series of methods such as literature reading and analysis,basic theoretical research,case analysis and data analysis to analyze the current situation of human resource cost management of H Securities.The author thinks that there are many problems in the cost control of human resources in H company,such as large salary difference,unbalanced proportion of human resources cost input,and weak risk awareness of human resources cost control.To solve these problems,the company should increasehuman resources costmanagement awareness and establish budget system,and then formulate reasonable employee recruitment plans and methods to reduce the turnover rate of employees and the turnover cost of human resources.Finally,adjusting the salary level of employees and establishing a scientific assessment mechanism so as to improve the efficiency of human resources cost control.This study is of guiding significance to H Securities Company in practical aspects,helping H Securities Company to improve human resource cost control.Moreover,theanalysis of human resource cost control of H Securities Company provides a basis for human resource cost control in this industry.
