In the background of the globalization,the great acceleration of scientific and the process of technological innovation and the increasing strong competition of enterprises,our enterprises have entered a new stage,which forces Business managers to rethink the operation mode of the organization.Mathieu(2001)Multi-Team System Theory(Multi-Team system theory,referred to as MTST)was presented in this background.The Multi-Team System is a kind of dynamic organization system that forces our team crosses organization's boundaries by consolidating the team of within or outside the organization.Sub-teams in multi-team system have their own goals,but they share a common vision and work hard for it.Being different from the concept of excessive emphasis on boundaries by traditional organizations,multi-team systems require our team to do more"cross-border"behavior.Cross-border Cooperation behavior help us to break the boundaries of borders,enhance team members'satisfaction,improve the team's explicit performance and vitality performance,and thus build a more healthier enterprise ecosystem.Under the perspective of multi-Team System theory,we take China Internet enterprises as the main research object,and discover the relationship between cross-border coordination behavior and team performance in the organization.First,on the basis of combing the relevant literature,we explain the concept of multi-team systems(MTS),cross-border coordination behavior,and team performance.Based on this,we build the theoretical model and put forward the basic.(1)Multi-team cross-border collaboration behavior,including the behavior of envoys,the behavior of coordination,the behavior of detection,they constitute the team across the border as a whole.(2)Multi-team cross-border collaboration has a significant impact on team performance,team performance including Team task performance,vitality and satisfaction three dimensionsSecondly,using Questionnaire survey method,gather the data from the multi-team members which working in Internet industry enterprises and analysis the data by SPSS 19.0 and discover the relationship between multi-team cross-boundary coordination behavior and performance.Finally,in the conclusion part,we summarized the result of the study and give some suggestions for Internet Business managers.Finally,in the conclusion and suggestion section,research results were summarized and feasibly suggestions for Internet company multi-team performance we put forward.Also,the report pointed the existing limit and problems and future research orientation.It is hoped that the research brings great inspiration for our manager.
