Study On Land Use Efficiency Of Tea Plantation In Different Scales In Sipsongpanna,yunnan Province

As one of the pillar industries in Yunnan Province,the tea industry is a traditional and advantageous industry in Yunnan Province,it plays an irreplaceable role in the economic development of Yunnan Province.As the main production area of tea in Yunnan Province,the development of Sipsongpanna tea industry not only performs a vital function in local agricultural and socio-economic development,but also dominates the development of tea industry in Yunnan Province.As the basic element in the tea industry,tea plantation exerts a significant part in the development of tea industry.How to improve the land use efficiency of the tea plantation is an indispensable requirement for promoting the development of tea industry,so it is crucial to conduct research at different scales to the land use benefit of the tea plantation of Sipsongpanna.This paper studies the land use benefit of tea plantation of Sipsongpanna from different perspectives,including economic benefits,social benefits,ecological benefits and the combined benefits derived from these,including county scale from 2011 to 2016 and the township scale were carried out,and the degree of coupling and coordination among various benefits was measured and evaluated.The coupling coordination level was divided,and then the benefits of each factor on tea plantation land use were determined.The obstacle degree was measured and analyzed.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)Judging from the research at the county level,the land use efficiency of tea plantations in the three counties of Sipsongpanna,from 2011 to 2016 is increasing year by year.In terms of economic benefits,Menghai is higher than Jinghong and Mengla;in terms of social benefits,Mengla is higher than Menghai and Jinghong;in terms of ecological benefits,Menghai is higher than Mengla and Jinghong;in terms of comprehensive utilization,Menghai has higher in three counties in the past six years The coupling coordination degree of economic,social and ecological benefits of tea plantation land use in three counties was in the embarrassing stage and the imbalance state in the past six years,and the coupling and coordination value increased year by year.In terms of evaluation index obstacles,the factors affecting the land use efficiency of tea plantations in three counties in Sipsongpanna,are mostly economic and social benefit index factors.(2)From the research of township level,28 main tea-producing towns are divided into different grades according to the economic benefits,social benefits,ecological benefits and comprehensive benefits,the economic benefits are divided into 6 levels,the social benefits are divided into 4 levels,the ecological benefits are divided into 6 levels,and the comprehensive benefits are divided into 6 levels.In terms of coupling coordination degree,the land use efficiency of 28 tea-producing towns is at a low level,and the coordination degree is in an imbalance stage.The most important factor affecting the land use efficiency of tea plantation is the economic benefit evaluation index.
