It has long been a major research topic to make good use of urban land in China. From the government level, it is a systemic construction project to make good use ofland. The land issues are not only related to the macro level of economy, but also tothe micro level of economy in the actual operation. Especially, it also has a significantimpact on economic development, social development and environment. Under thesituation of reform and opening up, the large scale use of land has brought seriousproblems, for example, a lot of agricultural land is occupied which affect productionof food seriously. In resent years, a large number of lands are occupied, which resultsin increasingly serious environmental problems in Chinese urban. Therefore, Rationaluse of urban land can play three results, that is to optimize land use, improveeconomic efficiency and save resources. In promoting the process of urbanization inChina, we must make full use of every inch of land the city. In the past we didn’t payattention to these problems, has made some mistake and must correct them in thefuture. As far as urban land use is concerned, we must walk in the way of harmoniousdevelopment and achieve the harmony of economic, social and environmentalbenefits. Summing up the experience of the past, we must understand the spiritualessence of government. Under the premise of promoting the development of people’slivelihood, we must protect the environment and care for the environment so that manand nature, benefits of economic and social achieve the harmony and unity. Based onthis background, the topic of this paper is put forward.According to the particularity of land itself, the paper mainly adopts the systemanalysis, abstract thinking method, the optimization design method, and field surveymethod. Through theoretical analysis, it draws lessons from the existing researchresults. The paper studies the relations of industrial structure of urban and thestructure of land use and driving mechanism of structure of urban land use and carrieson the empirical study of Shenyang. It studies how to promote urban development bythe combination of t structure optimization of land use and industries. The introduction. It explains the research background, significance, researchstatus at home and abroad and illustrates research objectives and research methods.Chapter one explains relevant theory. It illustrates relevant of the coordinated useof urban land on industrial development and the related theory of urban land use andindustrial development.Chapter two analyses relevant mechanisms of urban land use and industrialstructure. From the perspective of industry development, it introduces the mainproblems of coordination of urban land use and studies mechanisms and laws of industrial change, based on coordination of urban land use and mechanisms ofcoordination of urban land use. It further elaborates urban land use which has beenoptimized in the process of industrial development.Chapter three views current policy. It studies the national policy on urban landuse based on industrial development.Chapter four studies how to coordinate urban land use and industrialdevelopment. It studies design principles of urban land use and industry developmentand puts forward suggestions to policy design ideas and policy system on land use ofpromoting industrial structure optimization.Chapter five, the empirical research part. Taking Shenyang for instance, itinduces temporal evolution of urban land development of Shenyang and land usestatus and problems of Shenyang. It analyses the correlation of urban industrialdevelopment and coordination of urban land use structure and discusses the way ofcoordination of urban land use based on industrial development.
