Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Rice Planting Mechanization In Changsha

As we all know,China is a big agricultural country,rice plays a decisive role in the agricultural cultivation of China.Rice production is related to the overall grain production capacity,to ensure the food security,to increase the agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income,as well as the other major events in the national economy and people’s livelihood.For a long time,the rice production in China has mainly relied on human and animal work.In the production of all food crops,rice production is the most labor-intensive and labor-intensive production.The issue how to improve the comprehensive production capacity of rice is our focus and challenge in our study on rice production mechanization.Based on the current situation of rice planting mechanization in China and abroad,this paper points out that the history of the mechanization of rice production in Changsha City includes a start stage,an initial development stage,a steady development stage,and a rapid development stage.This paper analyzes the present situation of mechanization of rice production in Changsha from the point of views of tillage mechanization,irrigation mechanization,plants protection mechanization,harvesting mechanization,drying mechanization,and socialized service,and points out that the current situation of rice production mechanization equipment in Changsha City,such as the rapid growth of equipment level,the greatly improved degree of operation,and the gradually improve social service system,however,is still not enough to meet the needs of the development of rice production mechanization.In particular,this paper analyzes and identifies 28 impact factors on the impact of rice production and planting mechanization.The key factors and the non-key factors are found out.The factors that play a positive role in mechanization of rice production and planting in Changsha City are pointed out,and the factors that hinder the development of rice planting mechanization in Changsha are also identified.This paper analyzes the current existing rice growing and planting mechanization in Changsha and found that the quality and mechanization characteristics of rice in this area are not suitable for mechanized planting,for the reasons that the price of agricultural machinery is too high,the education level of agricultural machinery is low,and the service system of agricultural machinery is not perfect.At the same time,it is analyzed that there are some advantages,including that the mechanization of rice production and planting has great investment from government,the regional economic environment is good,the rice production mechanization market demand is strong,the rice varieties and multiple cropping index is high,the rice planting proportion is big,the farmer rice farming mechanization is growing,and the effect of the cooperatives of agriculture mechanization is remarkable.The paper puts forward some measures and suggestions on the development of the rice planting and planting mechanization in Changsha,such as speeding up the land circulation and promoting the scale of rice production,strengthening the combination of production,study and research to realize a sustainable development of rice production mechanization,playing the regional superiority to introduce and develop a new generation of rice transplanting machinery;cultivating new agricultural cooperatives to promote the rapid development of rice planting mechanization,improving the operation guarantee of agricultural machinery,perfecting after-sale service system and so on.
