Problems Of Agricultural Products’ Quality Security Control In Hunan Farmer Cooperatives And The Research Of Its Countermeasures

Grape growing more and more widely in our province,making the industry gradually becomes an important part of China’s plantation.However,because of the”lemonize"characteristic(inferior products expelled from the superior products)exists in the fruit industry widely,causes the whole fruit market’ s quality and safety worrying.In recent years,although Hunan province has conducted to control the grape’ s quality and safety from the law,policy and organizational perspectives,the problems about pollution in agricultural environment.To optimize the quality and safety of agricultural products in Hunan Farmer cooperatives,we should not only learn the successful experience of quality security control by the grape cooperatives in Yueyang Xinqiang Qingshui village,but also try the following five aspects based on it:strengthen the propaganda of safe production’ s knowledge and the training of safe production’ s technology;strictly implement the internal system of rewards and punishment in the cooperative;improve the products’ quality security operating mechanism;strengthen the vertical cooperation degree of the cooperative with downstream enterprises in the supply chain and profit-making organization;enhance the support from government;improve the way of financial subsidy.
