The Research On Integrative Development Of Dongyu Island Conference And Tourism Holiday

East lantau island is the permanent meeting site of BBS in boao,Asia,and itsstrategic position plays a leading role in the south China sea tourism economy and even relevant countries in the south China sea region.At present,the tourism supply and tourist demand of east lantau island are intersected,but there are also great differences.On the one hand,east lantau island has provided tourists with the basic tourism resources they need,such as accommodation facilities and conference facilities for different groups such as farmhouses and resorts.On the other hand,tourists' demand for leisure tourism products and experiential tourism products has not been satisfied,such as theme parks,water activities,recreation and sports centers,entertainment shows and so on.In addition,the long off-season and other natural factors also determine the shortage of winter tourism resources supply in dongyu island.Therefore,the market competitiveness of the traditional tourism mode of dongyu island is relatively weak.In view of this,this article+lantau island east of boao Asia BBS as the study case,analyzes its meeting+travel holiday economy development present situation,and put forward targeted meeting plus resort development path,to the east of lantau island tourism economy provides referential academic guidance,in order to improve the lantau island east coastal tourism market competitiveness.In this paper,using literature analysis,case method and so on,the paper summarizes the important argument value,and to establish the east lantau island conference and the essential theoretical foundation of the tourism integration development path,and then use the empirical analysis and logic analysis interpretation analysis meeting east lantau island and the tourism industry management,finally,through in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign representative tourist resort planning case studies,summed up the experience and lessons.Duties,from regional radiation in this paper,layout of business meeting,business characteristics,discusses the east lantau island and the direction of tourism development mode,and from the balance of the inheritance and innovation,the business entity and management platform balance,the balance of the protection and management,enterprise development and employee demands balance aspects discusses the lantau island east meeting and balance mechanism of tourism development mode.Thus,the development mode of conference and tourism resort in dongyu island is constructed.The study found that the problems faced by the development of conference and tourism resort in dongyu island include tourism market downturn,tourism positioning ambiguity,low marketization level,imperfect marketing network,insufficient utilization of tourism resources,prominent problem of "no exhibition" and incomplete tourism product chain.On this basis,this paper proposes the strategic design of building a conference and tourism resort in east lantau island,including the construction of supporting facilities,marketing strategy design,product strategy design,channel strategy design,business segment strategy design,business operation strategy design,and project-driven strategy design.
