| With network technology developed in tremendous speed,the network economy has grown rapidly and has a great influence on the traditional trade market.The trade company will be forced to turn itself to the customers with lower reputation,in order to increase its own risk.Considering that the safety of operation,as the theory of internal control frame and Five Ministries guidance,many companies establish the business risk control management system,especially big state-owned enterprise and listed company.But the risk can't be avoided.Such as the 'Qingdao metal refinance' and 'Shanghai steel trade.' events.During the risk events,many excellent private companies fall down with very short time,in the meantime the state-own company suffered loss heavily as well.It appears that the problems are happened in internal control management environment such as strategic orientation,risk preference,management system and management culture.So,it has great significance to run the company.With literature analyst method and case study method,this paper summarizes the main risk points of internal control environment in order to establish the method of the prevention system,through researching and analyzing literature.It decrypts that the weakest leak of company internal control environment and make a proper proposal suggestion after studying many economic cases happened recently,through first hand resources.With expectation,it makes a big improvement in building the internal control environment of S trade company for big help.Meanwhile,it will provide support with other companies which have same situation.Through case analysis,this study is shown as follows:domestic research of risk holding control and practice could focus on the risk assessment and prevention methods on the specific business models and links,while ignoring the important support effect of internal control environment to risk control system,so that enterprise risk control management tools will be implemented with interruption. |
