Research On Financial Support For Rural Science And Technology Development In Hebei Province

As a large agricultural province in which the rural economy plays an important role in the overall economy,the agricultural economy and the development of rural science and technology lag far behind the overall development of the whole country The most serious problem is the slow pace of rural science and technology development.A very important factor hindering the further development of rural science and technology is that policy,commercial,and cooperative financial supply entities have not played a concerted role.From the perspectives of rural macro-financial environment,rural financial resource allocation,rural financial market,rural financial channel construction and rural financial service,this paper analyzes the current situation of financial support of technology development in Hebei Province and puts forward some important existing problems.At the same time,with an expectation of solving those problems,this paper summarizes some specific and practical measures in order to provide some decision-making recommendations for rural financial support of rural science and technology development in Hebei Province.
