Study On The Extension Mode Of Agricultural Science And Technology In Hebei Province

Our country agriculture foundation is weak,rural development lags behind,agricultural science and technology enrichment ability is insufficient.Only relying on science and technology can we develop our agriculture.Science and technology must be directly used by farmers,become easy to accept and practical productivity,and agricultural science and technology extension to do science and technology "bridge",so that agricultural science and technology in the hands of farmers.The popularization of agricultural science and technology,as a link between agricultural scientific and technological achievements and agricultural productivity,plays an important role in promoting the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces,and is conducive to the improvement of farmers' living standards,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and promoting the comprehensive development of society.This paper discusses the current research situation of agricultural science and technology extension both at home and abroad,focusing on the theoretical development and extension mode of agricultural science and technology extension.And the agricultural technology diffusion theory,agricultural development theory and other agricultural science and technology related theories are expounded.On the basis of the relevant theoretical research,combining the natural conditions and the conditions of the agricultural economy in Heibei province,from the traditional"agricultural science and technology into the village service station",suggests cooperative mode,"agricultural science and technology specific" mode of agricultural science and technology,leading enterprises promotion mode,"agricultural science and technology park" mode,the transformation of innovative research and development of the Beijing and tianjin,Heibei science and technology to promote the new mode,"bohai granary demonstrative project of science and technology promotion mode,""little giant enterprises" agricultural science and technology popularizing agricultural science and technology model,analyzes the current popularizing agricultural science and technology in Heibei province.Secondly,the paper analyzes the problems in the extension mode of agricultural science and technology in Hebei province from the traditional mode and the innovative mode respectively.The traditional model is mainly analyzed from the aspects of "agricultural science and technology into the village service station" mode,agricultural science and education cooperation mode,"agricultural science and technology demonstration field" mode,leading enterprise leading mode,and"agricultural science and technology park" mode.The main problems of innovation mode are lack of unity of innovation mode and management mechanism,lack of capital and talent,lack of communication awareness and property rights protection.In the end,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the agricultural science and technology promotion mode in Hebei province by learning from the experience of domestic and foreign agricultural science and technology promotion in the United States,Japan,fujian,Yang ling and other countries.For example,we will vigorously promote the reform and construction of the promotion model of grassroots agricultural technology.To innovate the cooperation mode of agro-science and education and establish the innovative team of modern agricultural industry technology system in Hebei province;To gather the innovation forces and establish the agricultural science and technology innovation alliance;Tilting the grass-roots line,starting to set up the Hebei province agricultural technology promotion award;We will improve the training system,standardize identification and management,strengthen policy support,and accelerate the cultivation of new types of professional farmers.
