Research On The Risk Management Of Reducing Employees Project In LT Co.,LTD.

With a history of 50 operation,LT Co.,LTD.is a country-owned company with large-scaled and integrated labor.The number of labor is huge because of the limitation of technology when the company was created and the ownership of the company.Now with the developed market economy,The original core value was the sum of income and now the core value has been changed to the margin per employee.This change not only met the requirement of managers and stock holders,but made LT more compatible in the industry chain.The 2014 labor limited the number of contractors cannot be over 10%of the number of employees.As a result,Reducing employees is inevitable for LT.However,reducing employee is not only a math problem to be solved.Based on the requirement and the situation of LT Co.,LTD.,This paper analyze the project of reducing employees.With the management of risk and the study of references of theories and studies relevant to risk management,some suggestions will be given based on the risk analyst,risk evaluation,risk control and follow up actions.Here are the work items:First of all,we collect and analyze the risk of the employee reducing project bases on the methodology of experts' discussion;Second of all,I will have quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis on both the risk matrix and the feedback of questionnaires;Last but not least,categorize the risk types based on the risk analyst and risk evaluation.And then take follow up actions to minimize the risk and control the process of the project.Regarding the research,two conclusions have been reached in this paper:(1)14 risks have been found in the project of reducing employees in LT Co.,LTD.And categorize the 14 sorts of risks into 3 levels as:high,medium or low.(2)Since the impact of low level risk is limited,this paper is focused on building 4 risk systems such as HR,Law,Project team and communication based on the analyst of medium and high level risk.Different methodologies and different control standards will be used for different follow actions,during the process of risk control.
