Research On The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives And Take Shuozhou As An Example

As a "link" and "bridge" in the rural economy,farmers' professional cooperatives are of great significance and function.The development of farmers' specialized cooperatives can effectively "assemble"dispersed farmers,thereby improving the core competitiveness and modernization level,effectively docking with the market,realizing modern production and economic management,ultimately improving the efficiency of production mode and promoting the development of production mode.Therefore,in a sense,the development of farmers'professional cooperatives is an important way to solve the "three rural"problems.As one of the birthplaces of culture,agriculture and farming in Shanxi Province,agricultural resources are relatively rich,the number of farmers is huge,the advantages of the development of farmers'professional cooperatives are obvious,and the potential is huge.Especially in recent years,the Party Central Committee,the State Council,the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government attach great importance to agriculture in Shanxi Province,constantly upgrade the file for economic and social development.Development has laid a solid foundation.As a long-term convergence of agricultural civilization and grassland nomadic culture in the Central Plains,Shuozhou has made remarkable achievements in agricultural development in recent years.Studying the development of farmers'professional cooperatives in Shuozhou City can enrich the theoretical system of the current development of rural industrial cooperatives,provide theoretical guidance for strengthening the work of farmers' professional cooperatives in prefectures and counties,and solve the current development of rural industrial cooperatives in Shuozhou City from the practical level.Existing problems in the exhibition process promote the industrialization,scale and intensive development of agriculture in Shuozhou.Taking Shuozhou City as an example,after introducing the relevant literature trends and theories about farmers'professional cooperatives at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shuozhou City through field investigation,and analyzes the existing problems such as awareness to be improved,non-standard operation,pursuit of development quantity,neglecting quality improvement and industry development.The problems of low level,low risk resistance,lack of funds,difficult loans and lack of human capital are also discussed.By drawing lessons from the experience of farmers'professional cooperatives in developed areas abroad,it is proposed that the relationship between the government and farmers' professional cooperatives should be straightened out and the farmers'professional cooperatives should be further strengthened.The countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:system construction,further construction of scientific working mechanism,improvement of farmers'professional cooperatives' ability to resist risks,strengthening the construction of talent team and paying attention to technical training.
