The fundamental factor for determining an enterprise to build to last is based on if it has correct Corporate Strategy,and how to correctly implement that strategy.In order to achieve the target of the strategy.the supporting of the well-established performance management system is very important.The current situation of economic development is complicated in domestic and abroad.Chihina's economy enters into a new era,and continuously turned towards high quality and sustainable development.Under this circumstance,the enterprise is also facing the challenge to transform and upgrade its strategy which will cover a series reform for concept,organization,operation flow.personnel capability,etc.And the successful reform can not be achieved without the supporting of a well-run performance management system.This thesis is divided into five chapters:Chapter one is the introduction for background.research significance.literaure review research thought,and research method.Chapter two is the discussion and review for concepts and theories of performance,performance appraisal,performance management system:Chapter three firstly gives a brief introduction of LD company showing its basic information and developing history.Then focused on three phases for its implementing of performance management system:the phase before implementing,the phase of implementing performance appraisal,and the optimizing phase.Also analysis of the situation which LD company is tfacing in each phase.and the current status of performlance management.the problems coccurred and how to correct in each phase:Chapter four summarizes the reasons and effect of optimizing the performance management system in LD company basced on the analysis of chapter three:Chapter five is the conclusion of the research results in this paper.Furthermore,the author gives out the prospect and advice for the future study based on the real situation.The innovation points of this paper briefly described as following:First,by analyzing the optimization of performance management system in LD company,built up a performance management system which based on the company strategy.The key points of this system including:Optimizing the flow of performance management system to create a PDCA Cycle;Optimizing the index system to highlight the strategy-pulled effect;Strengthen the communication and feedback of performance appraisal and strictly act its invigorative function.All these points assuring the performance management achieves well landing in the company The application of this performance management system not only motivates the management vitality but also promotes the well landing of enterprise strategy and its operation target.Second,by optimizing and upgrading the EVA Thought,to service for the Enterprise reform,transformation and upgrading;by adopting different Found Cost Rate based on the property nature,to generate a core index named "internal profit" which is suitable for the current situation of the company,and offer a system guarantee for"micro-organization" changing.By this way,the system effectively contained the fighting for resources,and improving the operation efficiency and management benefit of the company,increasing its competitive power in the industry,also carrying on a beneficial exploration of deepening the reform of State-owned enterprises.Third,theory combines with practice,upgrading the practice ability of the performance management in this company.At last,this advanced system is good for promoting in similar enterprises in optoelectronic manufacturing industry.
