For manufacturing industry,reasonable production planning and completion 1s the premise and key to the survival of enterprises.However,in order-based production mode,production planning becomes difficult to determine and effectively implement because of unpredictable rush orders.Therefore,how to deal with rush orders have became a problem faced by manufacturing production planning and scheduling.An important decision-making problem.The reason is that,on the one hand,rush orders can bring high order profits to enterprises,on the other hand,the existence of rush orders will disrupt the normal production,unreasonably increase the system load,resulting in a reduction in system reliability,so that enterprises lack production flexibility to cope with the next production tasks.The paper abstracts the processing of rush orders into two decisions:firstly,the gray correlation evaluationl method is used to evaluate the rush orders to make the order selection,and according to certain criteria,the appropriate insertion plan is selected to fonn the order sequence to be produced.Then,reasonable processing resource scheduling is carried out in the order sequence production process to meet multiple production index requirements simultaneously on the premise of meeting the order delivery date.Therefore,the paper constructs a rush order insertion model based on the order profit and verifies the feasibility of the insertion plan.Furthennore,the processing resource scheduling model based on system reliability is constructed under the optimal plug-in scheme.Multi-index optimization is used as the target of order production and the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on Pareto entropy is used to solve the multi-objective processing resource scheduling model.At the end of the paper,according to the electric tool manufacturing enterprise case,the research method is applied to the enterprise rush order processing example.The example verification results show that the gray correlation evaluation method is applied to the feasibility of rush order evaluation.In addition,the dynamic scheduling of processing resources is reasonably handled in the order production process,which not only meets the order delivery requirements,but also takes into account the reliability of the production system and improve the flexibility of production,rush order processing has certain reference value. |
