A Study On The Transformation Of QS Bank's Profit Mode Under The Background Of Internet

With China's free market economy reform continues to deepen,and the demand on financial services gradually gets stabilized,certain norms and restrictions are incorporated into the national policy on financial regulation.At the same time many international institutions engaged in financial business gradually are established in China via variety of ways,the original banking system that features dominance by state-owned banks is being broken,and China will face much more severe competition in the financial and banking field.This will impose great challenge and pressure on many small city commercial banks.Many city commercial banks provide business mainly to local small and micro city enterprises and urban residents.It's relatively small business volume and business scale and single business form make them hard to compete with large financial institutions in terms of comprehensive strength,especially today when information age comes,and bulk of internet business platforms develop and issue online payment tools and financial products which are encroaching many customer resources that used to financing via city banks.Suffering impact on making profit,the traditional form that uses margin income to support its business adopted by many city banks faces difficulty,and a how to seek a way for survival and better development becomes a question that each city bank has to deeply think about.This paper,taking QS bank as an example,discusses how city commercial banks should analyses their advantages and disadvantages,explore a new way to make profit,and transform their traditional business form by reforming their profit model,so as to develop continuously.This paper first studies the international theories concerning the profit model of China's city banks so as to determine the research method and thought of this paper.And field research is executed to analyze the situation and existing problems QS bank is facing in making profit at the internet background,and to determine the overall conception,strategic target and detailed measures for QS bank profit model.The way to innovate the business is also explored.At last,this paper also summarizes and concludes the overall context of this paper,and carries out theoretical prediction and Analysis on the future theoretical research direction.
