Research On The Choice And Implementation Strategy Of Rural Development Path In Central And Northern Jiangsu

To realize rural revitalization and promote rural development is a fundamental and important task that our country is facing at present.Jiangsu province which is a coastal developed province has a great difference in the economic level between south and north varies.Since the Chinese economic reform,Jiangsu province has made a great achievement in urban and rural economic development under the circumstances that the development level of social productive force is improving and the international economic situation is changing.Many new models for rural development have emerged,which provide a lot of momentum to break the urban-rural dual system,to promote ecological progress in rural areas and to raise the level of material and spiritual enjoyment of farmers.Compared with southern Jiangsu,the development of the northern and central part of Jiangsu lag behind due to various practical conditions such as industrial base,geographical advantages,talent team and supporting policies.However,a lot of typical rural areas have still emerged as they combined their own characteristics with innovative development,and their rural development models are typical and exemplary.In this paper,we briefly inquire the research on relevant theories and types of rural development modes in the domestic and overseas,and then we make a preliminary analysis of the rural development trend in north and central Jiangsu,and the overall requirements,technical paths,core elements and specific contents of rural development are clarified.Briefly,we make a classification for the typical development model of north and central Jiangsu by literature review and investigation,and we also analyze the development status and path of four typical rural modes(industrial development type,urban-rural integration type,ecological agriculture type,leisure tourism type)in different economic development levels and ecological zones in north and central Jiangsu.On that basis,we compare and analyze the common features and problems of the four typical rural modes in six aspects:the utilization degree of superior resources,the precision degree of industrial development,the degree of integration of the first,second and third industries,the degree of mutual benefit,the degree of economic and ecological cooperation,and the degree of scientific and technological talent guarantee.Thereby,the optimization path for rural development is to combine rural green development,local characteristics,in line with market demand,local product precision supply.The specific countermeasure for further rural development is to focus on the following aspects:integration of the first,second and third industries,the flow integration of resource elements,the division of responsibilities and interests among all types of subjects,ensuring win-win cooperation among farmers,enterprises and governments,harmonizing economic and ecological development,the dynamic balance between development and environmental protection,the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements,strengthening the construction of talent team and service system.So as to provide reference for the rural development of north and central Jiangsu,as well as the whole province and similar regions in China.
