Research On Financing Mode Of Huayi Brothers Media Corporation

The film industry has entered a stage of rapid development in the past decades.By the end of 2017,the number of screens in China had reached 51,021,and the box office revenue had reached 55.9 billion yuan.China has become the second largest film market in the world.With the proposition of cultural confidence in the 18 th CPC national congress,it is an important strategic opportunity for the development of Chinese film industry.If the film industry wants to reach to a higher level and enhance its influence and competitiveness in the cultural industry,the capital intervention is an indispensable part.At present,the film quality is inseparable from the financing situation of the film industry,and the financing mode and the film quality complement to each other.At the same time,the financing mode of the film should be adjusted according to the actual situation.The film industry is an emerging creative industry with high uncertainty and risk in investment.How to combine the characteristics of film investment to meet the requirements of risk-based capital,and then create a virtuous cycle of interaction between capital and industry is of great importance to the further development of the industry.In order to ensure the credibility of this research,this paper takes Huayi Brothers Media Corporation as a case study.As one of the successful private film and television enterprises in China,Huayi Brothers Media Corporation is more successful in its financing mode.This paper concludes the existing problems and disadvantages by analyzing its financing status and characteristics of its financing mode.At the same time,this paper analyzes the social environment and situation of the development process and market environment of Chinese film industry to find out the historical causes and realistic reasons of Huayi brothers' financing difficulties.By expounding the mature financing system of foreign film industry and drawing lessons from the experience of foreign excellent film industry financing mode,this paper further puts forward suggestions on optimizing the financing of Huayi brothers.
