Research On The Effects Of Reform Of Mixed Ownership

After The third plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee,the concept of mixed ownership was once again taken seriously.In May 2015,the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission(SASAC)of the State Council made it clear that it was important to promote the development of mixed-ownership economy by local SASAC.Since the second half of 2015,the reform of state-owned enterprises has been significantly increased,especially in local state-owned enterprises.The diversity and depth of the reform have been highly anticipated.This paper mainly adopts case study method,on the basis of relevant theories,on the example of Chinese liquor enterprises,studied the liquor enterprise in the process of mixed-ownership reform through a series of corporate governance adjustment effect on stakeholders.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part deals with the related theories and research achievements of corporate governance;The second part introduces the generation and development of mixed ownership in our country;The second part establishes the evaluation model for the case study of this paper;The third part introduces the development of mixed ownership reform in liquor enterprises in recent years,and selects some representative liquor enterprises to carry out the analysis.The fourth part takes Sichuan Tuopai Shede Spirits Co.,ltd.(TPSD)as an example to study the effect of corporate governance restructure from the dimensions of stakeholders which including executives,ordinary employees,dealers,local governments and the shareholders.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the corporate governance of liquor enterprises and the current work of mixed ownership.Through the analysis of this paper,the author thinks that mixed ownership can have a positive effect on corporate governance of liquor enterprises.In the current economic background,the blending of liquor enterprises should further deepen and improve the competitiveness of enterprises through the concrete improvement of corporate governance.
