| In recent years,with the steady rise of China’s economy,Great changes have taken place in the living standards and dietary structure of residents.Leisure food as a kind of common food,appeared in the daily life of the vast majority of the people in China.Because of its good taste and novel package,it is deeply loved by the majority of Children.However,some leisure food hygiene quality is not up to standard,and Children’s obesity caused by excessive and unbalanced nutritional intake of leisure food have also attracted more and more attention.In this context,in order to further promote Children’s dietary health in our city,This article took the students of seven primary and middle schools in Taiyuan as the object of investigation,using on-the-spot investigation,questionnaires,SPSS data analysis and other methods to investigate the current situation of leisure food consumption,excavate problems and analyze the reasons.In order to further promote our city and even our province children healthy diet,improve children’s food management system to make a contribution.Survey data show that there are many prominent problems among children in Taiyuan,such as high frequency of leisure food consumption,large intake,preferring restricted-grade leisure food and lack of knowledge for food safety,and so on.Further research has found that children’s consumption behavior for leisure food is closely related to family,school,media and social factors besides age,preference,culture and cognitive level.Therefore,the author believes that to solve the problems in children’s leisure food consumption,we should not only to strengthen children’s self-control and cognitive ability,but also pay full attention to the role of parents,schools and society in supervision and guidance.Finally,I put forward my own opinions and suggestions around these issues. |
