With the development of economic globalization,trade exchanges are becoming more and more frequent in all parts of the world.Transport industry has become a powerful motive force to promote the development of the world economy.As a green,efficient and convenient transport organization,multimodal transport has attracted more and more attention from all countries and material flow Enterprises.In order to realize the sustainable development of transportation industry in China,the limit standards for transportation externalities will become more and more high.At the same time,there are many uncertain variables in the transportation process.Therefore,when formulating a more reasonable and effective multimodal transport plan,it is very important to consider the uncertainty and external cost of transportation environment.factor analysis is used to study the cost composition of multimodal transport and the uncertainty of transportation environment in this thesis.From the perspective of the total social cost,the transport cost of multimodal transport should include the internal and external costs of transportation,and the related calculation methods of external cost are given.At the same time,according to the uncertainty analysis of transportation environment,it is pointed out that transportation cost,transport cost and transportation time are uncertain variables,and then based on the uncertain programming theory,the objective function is to establish the minimum internal cost and the minimum external cost under the uncertain environment,and the interval parameters including the transportation time and the transport volume are included as the interval parameters.The multimodal combined transportation optimization model is used to transform the interval parameter model with the interval ranking method and the expectation value method.A heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the model with the branch and bound idea.Finally,through the virtual calculation example,after calculating the basic data of the model,combined with the design algorithm,the MATLAB2010 software is used for simulation calculation,and a reasonable combined transportation scheme is obtained.At the same time,the correctness of the model and algorithm is verified.The conclusion of the paper can provide a more realistic reference for the multimodal transport operators in formulating green and safe intermodal transport schemes.
