The Case Study Of Internal Audit In A Provincial Bureau Of Grain

Internal audit is an important supervision organization and plays an important role in organizational governance.With the development of market economy,the recognition of internal audit has been continuously improved,and its status and role have become more and more prominent.All kinds of organizations have been paying more attention to and investing in internal audit.The particularity of the administrative unit determines the administrative unit of the importance of internal audit,internal audit system of the administrative unit,the effective work of internal audit,has its unique significance:beneficial to strengthen national administrative functions,is conducive to the cultivation of clean government of our country,for the value of state-owned assets,for more concerned about the common people for selection and appointment of leading cadres.The normal operation of the state can only be ensured if the executive organs of state power run smoothly and their functions are fully performed.This paper firstly reviews the relevant theories of internal audit,and then takes the internal audit of A provincial Bureau Of Grain as an example to analyze and study the case.Focusing on the status quo,problems and causes analysis of internal audit of A provincial Bureau Of Grain,and improvement measures,the paper emphasizes the importance and necessity of internal audit,so as to give full play to the supervision and inspection function of internal audit.Through the research on the internal audit of A provincial Bureau Of Grain,the root cause of its internal audit problems is found that the unit leadership does not pay attention to,system implementation is not in place,resulting in the role of internal audit is relatively weak.For different reasons,the corresponding,feasible and practical countermeasures are put forward.In the research process,the role of internal audit is expanded to the national governance and the macro level through the main line of the responsibilities and missions of A provincial Bureau Of Grain,which is no longer limited to the unit itself.However,due to my limited level,the presentation of this paper tends to be a daily discussion,and the research depth needs to be strengthened,so this paper has certain deficiencies and needs to be improved.
