The Research On Building The Inside Control System Of The SZ Commercial Bank

From 90's, the bank crisises are happening frequently, almost they are relation with failure of inside control. The problem of inside control is endangering capital's safety and management's steadiness. But at the moment the datum makes known, The domestic commercial bank's inside control is still very weak, research to the built-in control still is in primary stage. So we should build valid inside control system.Hence , Writer is based on a great quantity of data, and has carried on surveying and studying sufficiently in SZ commercial bank, aim at inside control present situation and problem, to establish perfect and uniform inside control system. The original stressly is to design SZ commercial bank's framework, credit flow and modification with the inside audit.In inside control audit section, writer adopts two kinds of means, including spot audit and non-spot audit to evaluate the perfect and validity in bank inside control. Writer is by means of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Now, writer adopts AHP, establishing a synthetical evaluating model, to calculate weight of management indexes I selected. Finally, based on indexes of inside control system, writer carrys on the synthesis evaluating to the SZ commercial bank inside control present situation.The artic is divided into five sections. Writer elaborates theory and developing stage of internal control in the 1st section. The 2nd is designing theory system. It is studying present situation overseas and domestic commercial banks in the 3rd section. The 4th mainly discusses the problem and present situation in SZ commercial bank. The 5th section is plan of SZ commercial bank inside control system.In short , there are some innovation on inside control theory and inside control system's plan.
