| The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee formally proposed the cooperation of social capital and the government for infrastructure investment and construction.The PPP project has become the focus of comprehensive reform.In the process of establishing PPP projects in China,state-owned enterprises plays a quite important role.However,since PPP projects started late in China and the developmental history is not long,the relevant regulation and system have not been established perfectly,which causes great risks in the development of PPP projects.Therefore,how to control the financial risks generated from a company's participation in PPP projects has become a significantt problem that must be solved in the development of the company.In order to strengthen risk control of enterprises' participation in PPP projects and provide some theoretical references and practical experience for the smooth development of domestic PPP projects,this paper takes company A as an example to de research on the participation of social capital in the financial risk management of PPP proj ects.This article firstly introduces the development background and research significance of PPP project,and collates domestic and international literature on the financial risk of PPP project Secondly,this article introduces financial risks,and the related theoretical concepts and development types of PPP project,laying a theoretical foundation for the later article.In the third chapter,the article introduces the financial risks of PPP projects,mainly including:financing risk,investment risk,corruption risk and fund recovery risk.The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper,mainly analyzing the various financial risks faced by company A when it participated in PPP project.It introduces the development background of company A and its status of participating in PPP project in recent years.We analyze the financial status of company A using financial statements,and analyze the advantages and disadvantaged of the company's participation in PPP project by SWOT analysis model.We identify the financial problems in the company's participation of the PPP project,and make recommendations.Finally,the article puts forward suggestions on risk management of PPP proj ect development for the entire industry.This article mainly adopts a combination of case analysis and comparative analysis to study the financial risks in the companys' participation in PPP projects,so as to recognize the existence of financial risks in the development process of PPP projects and put forward suggestions on risk management and control.The prevention and control of financial risks of PPP projects by enterprises can not only ensure the interests of their own development,but also accelerate the completion of PPP projects,and can promote the development of China's infrastructure construction. |
