Since 2007,China’s financial leasing industry has been in rapid development,there are already more than a thousand large and small financial leasing companies,but compared with the developed western countries,China’s financial leasing industry is still in its infancy,rapid development Behind its problems can not be ignored.At present,the phenomenon of "value business ignore risk" is becoming more and more prominent in financial leasing enterprises.In order to promote the healthy development of financial leasing industry,it is crucial to strengthen the financial risk management of financial leasing enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the financial risk management of Bohai Leasing Co.,Ltd.and to put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen its financial risk management from different perspectives,with a view to helping to improve the financial risk management in China’s financial leasing industry.This article analyzes the case,the Bohai Leasing Co.,Ltd.to identify the financial risk analysis,cash flow statement,financial indicators analysis of the company’s financial risk assessment conducted after the discovery of Bohai Leasing 2017 The financial risk is far higher than in 2015.On the basis of identifying and assessing the financial risk of Bohai Leasing Co.,Ltd.,this paper summarizes some constructive suggestions on how to enhance its financial risk management measures.First,it points out that Bohai Sea Leasing should be completed from the perspective of improving risk control in the use of funds.adjusting the business structure and diversifying investment risks;implementing the company’s risk control system;cultivating specialized teams;making full use of preferential tax policies and so on.Secondly,we use the flowchart analysis to point out the main risk points in the company’s business development,and set up a financial risk early warning system for the company itself and specific proj ects.
