Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Chongqing Summer Resort Leisure Real Estate

Chongqing,as a city known as “hot” in China,is not only because of its famous hot pot,but also because of its hot summer.Due to the deep inland,coupled with the influence of terrain and meteorology,the summer temperatures in Chongqing are “explosive”.For the citizens living in Chongqing,the summer cool and summer has become a “just-needed” in a certain sense.In recent years,the rapid development of Chongqing’s economy has caused people’s money bags to gradually accumulate and the consumption structure has also escalated,which is an economic possibility for purchasing an economical and practical summer house.In addition,with the promulgation and implementation of the Chongqing Summer Leisure Real Estate Plan(2014-2020),the development of Chongqing Summer Leisure Real Estate has policy support and institutional guarantee,which provides a rare opportunity for the development of the entire industry.At the same time as the rapid development of Chongqing summer leisure real estate,there have been some prominent contradictions and problems,such as the contradiction between industrial development and ecological protection;the blindness of development and the problem of excessive commercialization,the synergy between industrial development,etc..These contradictions and problems plague the health and sustainable development of Chongqing summer leisure real estate.Based on the current situation and existing problems of Chongqing summer leisure real estate development,this paper links the theory with practice and uses comparative research and data statistics methods to analyze the development of Chongqing summer leisure real estate.Firstly,it analyzes the status quo and characteristics of the development of summer leisure and real estate in Chongqing.Secondly,from the two dimensions of macro-industry regulation and industry self-development,this paper deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the current development of Chongqing summer leisure real estate.Finally,the corresponding solutions are explored for the existing problems and the analysis of the causes.
