Analysis Of The Problems And Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture Development In Heilongjiang

Leisure agriculture is a new industrial form of modern agriculture and a new consumption form of modern tourism,which has brought new growth points for agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,with the improvement of living standards of urban and rural residents,the increase of leisure time and the upgrading of consumption demand,leisure agriculture still has a strong demand and will remain in the golden period of development.Heilongjiang Province's agricultural resources endowment,its special geographical position causes the economic development to be relatively slow,lagging behind other provinces.Hence,Heilongjiang Province needs to change the original development mode,create new development mode or transform the original industry.Leisure agriculture is gradually becoming a new transformation of agricultural development mode in Heilongjiang Province.Ways and breakthroughs to revitalize the regional economy,so this study on the basis of understanding the development of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang Province,to find out the existing problems and reasons,lay the foundation for the development of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.This paper combines investigation and comparative analysis,empirical analysis and other methods.Firstly,it analyses the current situation of leisure agriculture development in Heilongjiang Province,and then explores the development model of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.On the basis of the above analysis,it excavates the existing problems and causes of leisure agriculture development in Heilongjiang Province,and finds the Beida Famine.Taking Daiyuan as a case,this paper makes a concrete analysis and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the present situation of agricultural resources in Heilongjiang Province,we can draw the following conclusions: the structure of agricultural output value is not coordinated;the proportion of agricultural practitioners is large;the pressure of water and soil resources is increased by agricultural development.(2)Explore the development model of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang Province: folk culture-based development model;agricultural science and technology demonstration park model;farm manor-based development model;scenic area-based development model;tourism small town-based development model.Through the analysis of the present situation of leisure agriculture,we find that the development of leisure agriculture shows "acceleration".We find that its existing thematic patterns are becoming more and more diversified.The main types of leisure agriculture show multi-polarization.New highlights emerge in the "integration of three industries".It shows strong momentum of development and other characteristics.(3)The existing problems of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang Province are as follows: homogeneity of leisure agriculture development;weak brand awareness of leisure agriculture;insufficient management and operation concept and propaganda of operators;low added value of industrial chain;and few individualized themes.The reasons are as follows: lack of self-confidence and motivation to develop leisure agriculture culture;weak brand awareness and low brand awareness of local individual peasant households;imperfect management institutions and inadequate role of government;unbalanced development,at the initial stage;blind similar development,lack of scientific industrial planning.(5)Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang Province are put forward: focusing on large industries,planning layout scientifically;aiming at large markets,creating high-quality brands;increasing investment in funds,strengthening standardized management;broadening sales channels and increasing publicity.
