Human Resources are one of the organization's most prominent resources.The value and contribution of the human resources in an organization can never be overemphasized.HRs are more than precious and have to be considered as the backbone of organizations.Therefore it is more than imperative for the organization to establish the appropriated measures for the assurance of the HR's satisfaction.It has been observed and experience that in customer care centers employees job satisfaction does not last it is a matter of some moth in most cases and this is principally due to the fact in call center or customer care platform in general,chances of advancement in career or promotion are very limited,and this at its turn due to the Flat structure of organization.The purpose attached to this study was the examination of the perceived effect of HRM Practices on employees'JS in a customer care service in this case Webhelp Ivory Coast.The research use an explanatory cross-sectional questionnaire for the information collection and made use of statistical software like SPSS and Microsoft excel to carry the analysis.The model used to test the relation between HRM Practices and employee JS was the multiple regression analysis were the beta coefficient was compute.The research analysis showed that HRM Practices influence employees'JS to a great extent.The study recommended that Webhelp find ways to ameliorate employee involvement to increase employee JS.The results of the present study are not applicable in other customer care platforms and neither organization Therefore,it is suggested that more research on employee job satisfaction to validate the effects of HRM practices on workers' job satisfaction especially in organization in Africa and it is also suggest to conduct the future studies longitudinally to observe the effect of HRM Practices on employee JS in a longer time frame.
