At present,the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises has become the key to solving the structural contradiction between supply and demand and promoting the high-quality development of China’s economy.The service transformation of manufacturing enterprises means that enterprises will shift their focus from producing products to providing services.By launching service innovation activities,enterprises will provide new solutions to customers,change usual service concepts and service delivery systems,enhance customer value,gain competitive advantage and increase added value and business performance.The service transformation of manufacturing enterprises is not only an action of manufacturing enterprises responding to market changes in a timely manner,but also a strategic change that reshapes resources and capabilities.In the context of service transformation,whether there is an effective solution to the resource compactness and lack of capacity caused by transformation,what kind of output can the market response-oriented innovation bring to the enterprise,and which kind of situational factor will affect service transformation process?Based on above problems,this paper uses resource bricolage as entry point,builds the logical framework from the management team market responsiveness to resource bricolage,finally to the service transformation,at the same time,introduces market turbulence and organizational learning orientation to reveal the functional scope of management team market responsiveness to service-oriented transformation of manufacturing enterprises.By examining the survey data from 383 manufacturing enterprises,this paper confirms that management team’s market responsiveness positively affects the service transformation performance of manufacturing enterprises through resource bricolage.Resource bricolage is not only an effective resource using strategy under service transformation of manufacturing enterprises,but also creates conditions for manufacturing companies to discover new opportunities and explore new market segments.The market turbulence negatively moderate the mediation effect of resource bricolage between market responsiveness and service transformation performance,When the environmental turbulence is low,the influence of management team’s market responsiveness on the service transformation performance through resource bricolage becomes more significant.At the same time,with the improvement of the internal learning orientation of the organization,the contribution of market responsiveness to the transformation of the service enterprise through resource bricolage has gradually declined.This paper takes the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises through the whole research,and builds a model of "management team market responsiveness-resource bricolage-manufacturing enterprise service transformation performance".The research results have inspired the manufacturing enterprises to transform and efficiently solve the problem of resource shortage.In the process of guiding enterprises to transform,management team should keep vigilant and respond to the rapidly changing market information in a timely manner,quickly adapt to market changes;enterprises should make full use of redundancy and low-value resources inside and outside the organization,combine in a new way and give new value,in order to deal with the opportunities and threats in the transformation process.Finally,the enterprise must correctly understand the scope of the external market turbulence and organizational learning orientation on the transformation process,thus providing more power for the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
