Since the development of the global economy,the speed of market changes turns to be faster.Therefore it’s crucial for Chinese companies to trap their own advantages and improve organizational performance.Top management team is core strategic human resource for every enterprise,since they are the key factors of strategic decisions and organizational performance.All in all,the research which is focused on the relationship between executive strategic human resource management system and organizational performance is full of necessity.Research on strategic human resource management has become a focal point in recent years.However,the research on the relationship between executive strategic human resource management and organizational performance still remains less.With the guidance of Upper Echelons Theory,this research selects top managers of 340 companies in Shandong Province as research objects in order to provide management advice for the Chinese industrial circles.The results of the research indicate that:(1)Executive strategic human resource management system has a strong positive impact on organizational performance;(2)Executive strategic human resource management system has a strong positive impact on top management team behavioral integration;(3)Top management team behavioral integration has a strong positive impact on strategic flexibility;(4)Strategic flexibility has a strong positive impact on organizational performance;(5)Top management team behavioral integration and strategic flexibility play a chain mediation role on the relationship between executive strategic human resource management and organizational performance;(6)Market turbulence moderates the relationship between strategic flexibility and organizational performance.The higher market turbulence is,the effect between strategic flexibility and organizational performance will become stronger.
