The popularity of information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence has led more and more enterprises and institutions to start financial information construction.The Ministry of Finance also strongly encourages group companies to promote financial information construction by establishing financial sharing centers.The rapid development of the economy has brought opportunities for construction companies.At the same time,the expansion of business volume requires enterprises to make financial transformation to meet the needs of market development.The establishment of financial sharing centers has become one of the important ways of transformation.For construction companies,ship equipment is a hard guarantee for the smooth development of each project.To save project cost control project risk under the new normal state,enterprises must continuously improve the management level of ship equipment,but under the existing mode.How to use the big data and other technologies to optimize the ship's accounting to achieve efficiency,cost control and analysis and decision-making is still to be resolved.The paper takes Z construction enterprise as an example,and studies the selected objects through case analysis and literature research method.Firstly,it expounds the related theories of financial sharing,big data artificial intelligence and cost management of construction enterprises,and combines the research status at home and abroad to provide support for case analysis,framework construction and concrete implementation.Then,after collecting industry data,researching and visiting enterprise personnel,and carrying out practical operations on the financial sharing platform,the current situation of the shipbuilding accounting of Z construction enterprises is sorted out and analyzed,and the requirements of the ship equipment are leased,purchased and depreciated.After part of the process,it is found that the shipbuilding accounting under the financial sharing mode of Z construction enterprises has a large optimization space in terms of reconciliation efficiency,cost control and equipment risk rating.Secondly,the ship engine accounting optimization design considering the information technology such as big data is carried out:(1)the RPA process is automatically applied to the ship-counting accounting reconciliation process to improve the efficiency of reconciliation;(2)the BP neural network is used to analyze The key factor affecting the total cost of ship equipment is the maintenance cost;(3)embedding the Bayesian network into the risk rating of the ship equipment,and timely maintaining and repairing the ship equipment with higher risk level to reduce Unnecessary loss of the project and maximum protection of the equipment.Again,the specific implementation phase and results analysis of the program.Finally,the research summary was carried out,and the research prospects were made after pointing out the shortcomings.Through the introduction of the case study of Z construction enterprise,the current situation of the ship accounting under the financial sharing mode of the enterprise is clarified,the optimization goal is determined and the optimization framework is constructed,and the method and technical system of the ship accounting optimization under the financial sharing mode are enriched.It is beneficial to reduce the total cost of the project,improve the efficiency of reconciliation and strengthen the financial support for the business.
