Research On Cash Flow Management Of GC Enterprise Group Based On Diversification Strategy

Cash is an important asset of enterprises.The cash flow of enterprises formed by cash inflows and outflows is also compared to the blood of enterprises.Enterprise managers are increasingly aware of the important role of cash flow in enterprises.Cash flow management has become the core content of enterprise management.Perfecting the cash flow management system suitable for the enterprise itself has become the only way for modern enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.At present,many domestic and foreign scholars have conducted in-depth research on cash flow management and have reached a mature level.For individual diversification strategy research,it is not inferior.However,research on the cash flow management of enterprise groups under the diversification strategy,and the case studies combined with the two sides are rare.This paper uses case studies and theoretical research methods,taking GC enterprise group as the research object,and studying the cash flow management problem of GC enterprise group from the perspective of corporate diversification strategy.The thesis consists of six parts:the first part is the introduction,which is mainly the background and significance of the research,the literature review at home and abroad,the research content,methods,ideas and the innovation of this paper.The second part is the basic theory,including the theory of strategic management,the theory of fund management,Cash flow management theory;the third part describes the choice of the diversification strategy of the case enterprise GC enterprise group,and the impact analysis on cash flow management;the fourth part introduces the basic overview of the GC enterprise group,the cash flow to the GC enterprise group the current situation of management is described,which describes the internal and external business environment of the GC enterprise group,and further raises the problems and analysis of the cash flow management of the GC enterprise group.The fifth part is based on the diversification strategy of the GC enterprise group.The flow management proposes optimization opinions;the sixth part summarizes the full-text research and proposes the shortcomings and prospects.The cash management of the GC enterprise group can reflect the general problems and new management needs faced by the new normal industry in the cash flow management of China's steel enterprises.Through a series of analytical research methods,this paper proposes an optimization strategy for the cash flow management of GC enterprise group.It has application value for the GC enterprise to talk about cash flow management,and also provides a reference for the cash flow management of the steel industry.
