Study On Cash Flow Management Optimization Of BGY Group

The real estate industry is closely related to the country and the people's livelihood,and plays a key role in the rapid development of China's national economy.The funds of the real estate industry are intensive.Due to the large demand for cash flow and long payback period,the real estate industry is facing greater financial risks.At present,in the research of real estate in China,many people's analysis of the current status of cash flow management has remained on the surface of the cash flow statement.It has not been able to arrange and control cash flow beforehand,and lacks a systematic analysis system for cash flow.Due to the low level of financial management of many real estate enterprises,the strategic decision-making and cash flow management concepts are inconsistent,and there are many unreasonable problems,such as excessive blindness and blind pursuit of the pace of project development,which directly leads to the housing enterprises in Unreasonable use of funds,high financial costs may greatly break the capital chain.Based on the background of real estate enterprises,it is very necessary to analyze the cash flow management of the system.Based on the research on cash flow management and related theoretical knowledge at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the cash flow of BGY Group through four aspects of cash flow,flow,flow and flow rate,and affirms BGY Group.The advantages of cash flow management also analyze the current problems in the flow,process,flow and flow rate of BGY Group's cash flow management,and put forward relevant improvement suggestions for these four aspects.The writing of this paper wants to provide reference for the cash flow management of other real estate enterprises,promote the research of this theory,and improve the quality of cash flow management of the whole real estate industry.
