In recent years,the real estate industry has been the pillar of China's economy.With the improvement of people's living standards,besides the demand for basic housing,people's investment in entertainment,education and shopping is also increasing,which brings the commercial real estate to a new climax.As the leading enterprise of China commercial real estate,Shanghai shimao co.,ltd.is a listed commercial real estate company integrating commercial real estate development,operation,shopping square,cinema and other business sectors.However,due to the increasing number of "fat" enterprises in commercial real estate industry in recent years,and the increasing pressure of competition from shimao shares,the unchanging business model leads to the increase of financial risks,which has to be paid attention toThere are six parts in my paper.The first part explains the research background and significance,gives a brief overview of the research status at home and abroad,introduces the research method and content of the paper,builds the framework of the paper,and puts forward the innovation of the paper.The second part elaborates the basic theories required in the paper,including the related concepts of financial risk and financial risk management theory.The third part introduces shimao shares,carries on the financial risk prevention analysis to this enterprise,introduced the company's background,then carries on the risk identification from the financing risk,the investment risk,the operation risk and the income distribution risk four aspects respectively.In addition,according to the financial data of the company from 2013 to 2017,the financial risk of the enterprise is evaluated,including selection principle of evaluation index and application of evaluation model,and then the financial risk is comprehensively evaluated.The fourth part analyzes the cause of financial risk.In the fifth part,based on the identification,evaluation and cause analysis of financial risks,based on the specific situation of the company,reasonable prevention Suggestions are proposed.I hope it can be a reference to other real estate companies in the same industry.Part six is about conclusions and limitations.
