Research On Construction Risk Of Indoor Distribution Project Of Henan Iron Tower Company

With the increasing number of mobile users and the increasing scale of wireless communication network,the construction of mobile communication network has changed from the original focus on quantity to the pursuit of quality.In order to ensure the quality of communication for each user,the construction of indoor distribution system is the key and difficult point in the construction of modern mobile network.At the same time,in order to avoid the blind,disorder and duplicate construction of the three operators in their respective sub-projects,and to maximize the integration of resources and reduce the waste,the State Assets Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information have issued a civilized statement that the three basic telecommunications enterprises will no longer build their own base stations and indoor distribution systems,which will be transferred to the Iron Tower Company for construction.Indoor distribution system construction is a new business for the Iron Tower Company.Like other project management,there are many uncertainties in the construction of indoor distribution system.Once the risk occurs,it means loss to the Iron Tower Company,and the construction of indoor distribution system has its own uniqueness and complexity,which requires the Iron Tower Company to improve the risk prevention and control capabilities of indoor distribution proj ects.Based on the background above,this paper combines the characteristics of the indoor distribution project of the Iron Tower Company,takes the project risk management as the theoretical basis,applies the theory to the construction of the indoor distribution system of the newly established Iron Tower Company,and guarantees the implementation of the whole indoor distribution project through scientific project management methods.Firstly,according to the risk identification methods and standards of construction projects,the risks existing in network planning,project location,equipment procurement,construction quantity,acceptance settlement and rent reminder during the implementation of subprojects are identified,and the risk sources of projects are obtained.Then,according to the risk assessment criteria,the qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation of risks are carried out.Finally,specific control measures are put forward for the existing risk factors.This paper combines the risk management theory in project management with the practice of the construction of the office branch project of Iron Tower Company,which not only promotes the development of the office branch project,but also provides a reference for the risk management of other communication projects.
