In recent years,with the tightening of supervision by central bank and other regulatory bodies,the payment industry has undergone tremendous changes.A series of management measures,such as the establishment of the network federation,the provision of disconnection and the centralized deposit management of reserve funds,have been introduced,and the payment environment will become more and more standardized.L company in the third-party payment industry,once a pioneer in the payment industry,is now facing enormous market competition pressure,rapid development has been greatly constrained,and the existing business model is also facing challenges.On the other hand,the technology of payment industry is also changing rapidly.The development of new technologies,such as new retail,block chain,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,has led to all-round changes in the industry,and also brought great market opportunities.This study mainly uses the theoretical knowledge of strategic management as a tool.Firstly,the internal and external environment of L company is analyzed.Then,the competitive situation of L company is analyzed by using the theoretical tool of industrial competition structure.It is proposed that L company should highlight its own advantages,take advantage of the opportunities of new technology change,and implement the necessity of strategic transformation.In the process of research,the methods of literature analysis,comparative study and case study are mainly used,and quantitative analysis method is adopted to determine the choice of strategic transformation of L Company,adopt growth strategy,utilize the complete payment license of the enterprise,combine its own technological advantages,exert force to the direction of industrial Internet,and accumulate data industry on the basis of providing basic payment capacity for the enterprise.Business,and based on the advantages of opening up the supply chain,involved in higher-yielding financial services.Through this study,we can help pay enterprises,clarify the challenges and opportunities of current development,and determine the general direction of business compliance.Through this study,it also clarifies to the payment enterprises that the mobile payment business in overseas market is a blue sea at present,which is worthy of deep excavation.Overseas payment business will surely become a new business model and an important source of profit in the mobile payment industry in time.In addition,this study uses the analysis model of business model canvas to analyze L company's business model in detail,focusing on L company's strategic positioning,operation process and profit sources,helping L company to find target customers more accurately,providing more valuable services through technology and innovation,thus creating unique value of the enterprise.
